Kyocera Mita has commissioned J.D. Power and Associates, the recognized voice in customer research, to provide Kyocera Mita dealers in North America with the industry's first Certified Dealer Program for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction.
The J.D. Power and Associates certification provides Kyocera Mita dealers with the opportunity not only to be recognized for providing an outstanding customer experience, but to differentiate themselves within the dealer marketplace. Ultimately, Kyocera Mita hopes that this will contribute to increased customer traffic and increased sales for its independent dealers.
This highly coveted J.D. Power and Associates recognition is a first in the digital imaging industry, and provides Kyocera Mita dealers with the opportunity to be recognized for providing an Outstanding Customer Experience. Dealers who meet or exceed the identified national benchmark for sales and service satisfaction, as determined by the J.D. Power and Associates Copier Customer Satisfaction Study, will be awarded the Certified Dealer designation.
J.D. Power and Associates, established in 1968, is an organization best known for ranking different organizations and industries based upon customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction certification is issued to organizations based upon how well a product, sales or service fits the experience expectations of customers.
